Q: How do I get a certificate of insurance?
A: At Adams Insurance Agency, you can complete an online form from our site. Once completed, our staff will work to provide you with this Certificate.
Q: What do you do if a certificate holder is requiring coverage that I do not currently have on my policy?
A: If your request requires endorsements to your existing policy we will add those endorsements. If your request requires a new policy, we will contact you to see if you would like a quote for the policy that is required.
NOTE: If you do not want endorsements added to your policy you must let us know that when the certificate is requested!
Q: Is there a cost associated with adding endorsements?
A: In most cases, there is a cost associated with adding endorsements to your policy. The cost will vary depending on the coverage that is requested.
Q: How quickly will I receive my certificate of insurance?
A: We do request a 24-48 hour turn around time to process certificate requests, however if it is an urgent request you may call the office after you have submitted the request to let us know and we will make every effort to get your certificate to you as quickly as possible.
Q: How can I add or delete a vehicle to my policy or request other policy changes?
A: Change requests can be phoned in to 301-662-0340 or you can e-mail your change request to email@example.com
Q: How can I make payments?
A: Most policies offer an automatic withdrawal option which can be set up with a credit card or with a checking or savings account. In most cases, this option provides a money saving discount. You can also mail your payment, pay on-line or pay by phone with an electronic check or credit card.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
